Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Smack Touch Hijab. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return & Exchange Window
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

Original tags and packaging must be intact

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

A flat fee of 1 KD will be charged for return or exchange shipping
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not available for international customers at this time.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please contact us at info@kuwait-hijab.comto initiate your return or exchange.
If your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and a shipping label.
❗Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
