Delivery is priced by speed: Ultimate Express KWD 4.500 (within 6 business hours), Express KWD 2.500 (within 24 business hours), or Standard KWD 1.500 (within 2 business days). The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also message us on WhatsApp anytime with your order number and we'll check for you.

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it has been dispatched — once it's out for delivery we can no longer amend it.

No — all orders are prepaid through our secure checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Yes. Payments are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant gateway. We never see or store your card details.

Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, anywhere in Kuwait. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Returning at our store is free, and driver pickup is available for nearby areas at KWD 1.000 — just message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.

You have three options: visit our store and return it in person (free), have our driver pick it up for KWD 1.000 — available for nearby areas only — or, if you live in a farther area, ship the item to us yourself with any courier. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm whether driver pickup covers your area.

We'll make it right. If your item arrives defective, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

Our sincere apologies! Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and we'll ship the correct item to you at no extra cost.

Hand wash cold with a mild detergent, never bleach, and lay flat to dry away from direct sun. Iron on low or steam gently. With this care your hijab keeps its colour and drape for years.

We photograph every shade in natural daylight to be as true to life as possible. A slight variation can still occur depending on your screen — if you're between two shades, send us a WhatsApp and we'll share real-life photos.
